January 17, 2006 - Pictures of Ella

When Ella was three weeks old on December 31, we went to church (just our Sunday School class) for the first time. We only managed to get pictures of her in the car in her dress.

We went over to Ryan and Liz's for the Tech vs. Alabama game on Monday, January 2 since Justin had the day off. Liz and Ella had a wonderful snooze together. Later that evening, we tried out a nap in the crib for a little while.

On January 6, I was cleaning and found the stocking the hospital gave us with her. I thought I'd better take some pictures of her with it while she was still small since we didn't get any taken before.

Since the weather has been so warm lately, we've been taking walks together in the evenings again - this time with Ella outside of the womb. Dad was not very excited about getting his picture made, but I thought they looked too cute not to take one! The carrier is one of Ella's favorite places to be - especially if she is fussy and tired. I took some pictures of her up close.

Daisy barely had room to crawl up on the couch next to us, but she did. We call this blanket the "magic blanket" because she sleeps so well wrapped inside.

I had to take a picture in this outfit that Ella is wearing. ("Mommy's Little Present") She really is a little present from God! (Justin was on the phone with his dad in the middle picture.)
