Time with Aunt Meridith & Kids

Meridith and I had the opportunity to spend some time together recently. It was very nice! We spent a few days at Mom's new house. This first group of pictures is from the kiddie pool inside Mom's new housing complex. It was really a lot of fun for everyone. We went swimming every night we were there and even one morning, too!

The next group of pictures is when Ella started crawling! (at Mom's house, I might add...) Well, I guess it is more of a "scoot". Boy is it fun to get around now!

The next group of photos is just a few of Ella and and Cousin Jake hanging out in the recliner at Mom's house together.

We're back home now!! For some reason, Ella started acting really funny this day in the highchair so we took some pictures to share with everyone. She was teething (two new teeth had just come in) so I'm guessing that's why she kept sticking her tongue out so far. It was cute!

This was the first time Ella figured out that now that she is mobile she can come and find me! I was in the kitchen and in she came, moping a little about me leaving her in the living room. The funny thing was, was that as soon as she found me, she also found something very interesting. Bet you can't guess which one she headed for!

Meridith and the kids came for a visit to our house the week following our time with them at Mom's house. Jake loved Ella's toy basket.

While Meridith was here, we took a trip to the zoo! The giraffe just had her baby in July so it was very exciting for the kids to see!
